A full-day immersive event in a beautiful regional location for beauty therapists and clinic owners.
An enriching day filled with education, inspiration, networking, and the sharing of innovative business ideas.
The Regional Beauty Long Lunch is an immersive, full day professional development event for beauty therapists and clinic owners. It brings education, inspiration, networking and fresh business ideas together in one beautiful room.
Founder, Regional Beauty Long Lunch
“Like you, I’m from a regional town. We miss out on so much as we can’t always travel to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane.”
Karen created the Regional Beauty Long Lunch to close a gap she saw. Regional clinic owners and therapists simply do not have affordable access to the professional development and industry connections available in the major cities.
As a regional business owner herself, Karen knew that many solo operators cannot close their clinics for a multi-day conference. So she designed a single day, immersive event that brings industry education and networking directly to regional communities.
A full day of clinically grounded education, honest conversation and connection with others who understand regional life. Bring your whole team and learn side by side.
You carry the whole business on your shoulders. This is the ticket for the day you spend on yourself, with time and space to learn, connect and be looked after.

Since 2023, we have brought education, connection and conversation to seven regional communities, and Bunbury is next.
“Thank you so much because you have truly changed where my business is headed, so I appreciate you and I appreciate what you’ve done.”
Karen, I just wanted to send you a quick voice note to say thank you so much for all the time and effort and patience that you have contributed to organising the Launceston Regional Long Lunch. Attending the day has totally changed the way I feel about my business, and aside from being a great networking day, I’ve got a new business coach. I’ve moved spaces, so I’m in a beautiful sunlit space now, whereas for the last five years I’ve been in internal rooms with no windows.
You’re amazing. You created such a great event. Thank you so much.
“28 years in the industry in three different countries and finally I’m excited again.”
It was great to catch up with old friends and an honour to meet these inspirational leaders in our community. It has filled me with so much love and hope that our industry can get back on its feet and stand tall.
The idea behind the Regional Long Lunches created by Karen Geiszler is so lovely, and I would wholeheartedly say, if you can get to the next one, do not hesitate!
“Makes me proud and glad I’ve been part of this profession for nearly 40 years.”
We are back, Regional Beauty Long Lunch Tamworth, we loved you. Education, connection, conversation. My take on industry get togethers? Amazing. Why? You get to be with industry leaders, up close and personal, and they are real women just like us.
I truly loved listening to Bec Miller, who spoke about self leadership and taking responsibility for your own journey. I couldn’t be prouder of the So u Beauty girls and our connection together. The day was proof that working, and lifting (maybe straightening) a few crowns, is what I love about being in a team.
Get excited, because the beauty industry is changing. You will see a huge difference in training, in the professional rewards of all the extra knowledge beauty therapists gain, and in the acknowledgement of a very special profession.
Come and be part of a room full of people who understand regional life. Stronger together.
